Production Planner with Preparation Responsibility

As a production planner with preparation responsibility at Svekon, you play a central role in ensuring efficient and predictable production flows for machine systems within heavy industry. The role combines production planning with technical preparation and involves close collaboration with production, purchasing, design, and quality.

About the Position

You are responsible for translating customer orders and technical documentation into structured and traceable production documentation, as well as planning, following up, and adjusting production based on capacity, material availability, and delivery requirements. The work is carried out in business systems for manufacturing industry, where experience with Monitor or Odoo is advantageous.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Plan and follow up production based on capacity and delivery requirements
• Prepare production documentation for machine systems, modules, and final assembly
• Ensure correct item structures, bill of materials, and operation sequences
• Collaborate with purchasing on material planning and delivery reliability
• Work with times, load, and production orders in business systems
• Follow up deviations and contribute to improvements in planning and preparation processes

Who Are You?

The operations are focused on heavy industry with an emphasis on machine systems, modular construction, and final assembly of industrial solutions. We are looking for someone with experience in production planning, preparation, or a similar production-related role who thrives in a structured and responsible function.

• Experience from the manufacturing industry
• Experience in production planning and/or preparation
• Good understanding of production flows and material management
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• Good IT skills and experience with business systems
• Experience with Monitor or Odoo is advantageous
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and good English
• Driving license B
