This Position reports to: Sales Manager
Role and Responsibilities.
Are you an initiative-driven person with a technical interest looking to take the next step in your career?
With us, you will have an exciting opportunity to work independently and responsibly with service sales of motors and drive systems as well as services to customers within the Swedish basic industry, including metal, combined heat and power, and infrastructure. As a sales representative within the Motion Service Division, you will be responsible for the entire sales process in your region – from prospecting and customer dialogue to closing and follow-up. You will work closely with both new and existing end customers, having a significant influence over your customer relationships and results. We offer you a well-established sales organization, training, and a global network to support you in your role.
Your main tasks:
- Be responsible for and develop long-term customer relationships within your region.
- Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing and follow-up, with full responsibility for the sales budget.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and other internal functions to create joint successes.
- Work structured and proactively in our CRM system to ensure transparency and efficiency.
Your background
We are looking for someone who:
- Has good industry knowledge and experience from roles such as salesperson, consultant, or project manager within motors, drive systems, or related technology areas. Knowledge in maintenance, automation, electrical, or mechanical fields is an advantage.
- Has experience in sales and marketing, enjoys a business role, and is passionate about building trusting and long-term customer relationships. You have a strategic approach and are driven by creating value for both the customer and the company.
- Is accustomed to using Microsoft Office and is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Has a valid driver’s license (B), which is a requirement for the position.
