On behalf of our client, Poolia is now looking for a Sales Assistant / Customer Support for an international company in the technology/industry sector. We are now looking for someone who wants to support the sales team in their daily work.

Your main responsibilities

In this role, you will primarily work with:

• Support to Account Managers in their daily work
• Order management – placing purchase and sales orders
• Order confirmations and follow-ups
• Tracking and matching traceability numbers on orders
• Follow-up on deliveries, inventory balance, and tracking
• Administrative support to the sales organization
• Collaboration with purchasing, warehouse, and technicians

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a lot of energy
• Is meticulous, structured, and patient
• Has good computer skills
• Has experience with business systems/CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
• Has some experience with Excel
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
