We are looking for a Supervisor for Piraten. Until further notice, full-time position.

About the workplace:

Piraten, which also includes the Fritidsbanken, is the municipality's collective operation for people who need employment outside the regular labor market. The operation offers work training, structure, and support to individuals who, for various reasons, are far from the labor market. For many, Piraten is a way back to working life; for others, it provides a meaningful and developing everyday life.

The operation also serves as a social meeting place and provides opportunities for language training in Swedish for newcomers. The work is conducted based on the individual's abilities, where all participants contribute according to their conditions in our second-hand operations and Fritidsbank.

The position is organized within the social services for individuals and families.

Job responsibilities:

As a supervisor, you will support and guide participants in work training, social training, and daily activities based on the individual's conditions. The work primarily takes place within the municipality's second-hand operations and Fritidsbank but may also involve guiding participants in other municipal operations.

The role includes collaboration with the Employment Service, businesses, and other stakeholders, as well as monitoring the participants' development. You will also drive collaborative projects through coordination associations.

Qualifications:

Completed upper secondary education.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Good computer skills.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.

Meritorious:

Experience in supervision, rehabilitation, or working with individuals far from the labor market.

Experience working with newcomers.

Knowledge of labor market issues.

Experience collaborating with authorities.

Experience in project or coordination work.

Duration/working hours:

Full-time.

Until further notice.

Start date according to agreement.
