About the position

Bonzi is now looking for dedicated and responsible substitutes who want to work as personal assistants for our client in Hammarby Sjöstad, close to Södermalm.

As a substitute on an as-needed basis, you will become an important part of the client's daily life and work during the absence of regular assistants, for example during vacations or illness.

As a personal assistant, you support the client in their daily life and contribute to a safe, active, and meaningful everyday life.

The tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• Assisting with daily routines and household chores

• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and meals

• Transfers where lifting is involved

• Accompanying on various activities

The working hours are varied and can occur on both weekdays and weekends:

• 08:00–16:00

• 10:00–19:00

• 16:00–22:00

• 21:00–08:00 (awake night)

About the client:

The client is an active man in his 30s with interests such as music, football, and hockey. If you share any of these interests, it is a merit and can contribute to an even better match. The client has an acquired brain injury and needs support in his daily life to live an independent and active life.

About you:

We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with people and has the ability to see and meet the needs of others. You are empathetic, attentive, solution-focused, and like to take your own initiatives.

Reliability and a sense of responsibility are obvious qualities for you. Double staffing occurs during the day and evening, which means you need to have good teamwork skills and function well in a team.

You find it easy to understand others' life situations and want to make a difference in someone else's everyday life. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement as documentation is part of the job.

Requirements: Physically strong, manual transfers are involved. Non-smoker

Meritorious:

• Experience working as a personal assistant or in care and support

• Professional experience with the client's functional variation

Scope: 2 substitutes as needed

Start date: Interviews are ongoing and can be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements

Things to consider before your application:

To work as a personal assistant, companion, or relief worker, you must be at least 18 years old.
