In close collaboration with other areas of operation, we work on strategic, tactical, and operational issues to ensure that our technical solutions meet both today's and tomorrow's needs. RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to help provide all of Sweden with geodata (geographic information and property information)? And make a real social impact!

We, one of Lantmäteriet's agile teams, deliver image and elevation information, maps, and property information - almost everything that can be requested from Lantmäteriet's information, via e-services and APIs. We are at the forefront in Sweden when it comes to technology in the geodata field and have systems with high demands on performance, capacity, and availability.

We are an independent team with great freedom to choose suitable technologies, tools, and working methods. Everyone in the team takes joint responsibility for the development and operation of the applications we work with. Lantmäteriet gives all employees great trust and confidence, and you are expected to contribute to our common well-being, sense of security, and belonging.

We are now looking for you, a driven software developer with a few years of experience. You will play an important role in the further development of the team. There are great opportunities for development within both the geodata and software development fields.

The important thing is that you are a curious and inquisitive problem-solving software developer with a mindset to tackle challenges together with your team.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university degree in IT and previous work experience as a software developer. You also have good skills and experience in Integration/APIs, REST/JSON/GeoJSON, and PostgreSQL/PostGIS. You can communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience with Geodata, container technology, Python, DevOps, and Linux.

The position is security classified, which means you must be a Swedish citizen, and a security review with a background check and security interview will be conducted before employment.
