Tallbohov Care and Nursing Home is a large facility located in Järfälla municipality, situated on Söderhöjden. Approximately 100 employees work together to provide excellent care to our residents around the clock. We offer both care and dementia services, and our facility is one of the largest in the municipality with eight departments. From our residence, you have walking distance to Jakobsberg's center and commuter train station.

We are now looking for two night care assistants to join our team! The positions are temporary for one year, 50-60% and 100% respectively. Start immediately.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a care assistant at Tallbohov Care and Nursing Home, you will work in a close-knit team that supports each other in daily tasks. We operate based on the national value framework and IBIC, with the individual's best interests in focus. A crucial aspect is that we work together to ensure that each resident receives the best possible care and support.

The job involves typical tasks in a nursing home, such as personal care, social support, activation, cleaning, and service based on individual needs. You will assist residents in their daily lives. The role includes being a contact person for a number of clients, which means you will plan support and maintain close contact with their relatives. Documentation in LifeCare is part of the job responsibilities.

Working hours are night shifts, from 10 PM to 7 AM. Work every other weekend is included. Occasionally, you may be required to work at other care and nursing homes within the municipality, but your primary workplace will be Tallbohov Care and Nursing Home.

QUALIFICATIONS

This position is suitable for you who have a positive attitude towards your work and want to contribute to the development of elderly care. Taking initiative is a given for you, while you also value teamwork with your colleagues. You put the team before yourself and believe that communication, responsiveness, and collaboration are key to achieving common goals.

You must be a trained care assistant and hold a protected title issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare. We consider it advantageous if you have further education in your field. We want you to have two years of experience working in a care and nursing home. Since documentation and writing implementation plans are part of the job, good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as well as good computer skills, are required. We also see it as an advantage if you speak Finnish, as Järfälla municipality is a Finnish administrative area.

Furthermore, you are driven to participate in change initiatives and are not afraid to try new things. Personal suitability is of great importance.
