Do you want a key role in a highly automated industrial environment? As a UH Coordinator, you will drive maintenance, planning, and safety in a technically advanced operation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a UH Coordinator, you play a central role in planning, coordinating, and driving maintenance work within the areas of cardboard production. The environment is characterized by a high degree of automation, fast processes, and frequent planned production stops, which places high demands on technical understanding, structure, and foresight.
In this role, you are responsible for making technical assessments of incoming work orders and ensuring that the right action is planned based on the facility's needs. With your expertise in electrical, instrumentation, and automation, you analyze the cause of faults and the level of action, ensuring that the right skills, resources, and timing are chosen for implementation. The role includes, among other things:
Plan, prepare, prioritize, and schedule work orders in the UH system (SAP)
Ensure that work orders maintain high technical quality and contain sufficient information for safe and efficient execution
Make technical assessments regarding troubleshooting, choice of actions, and need for further analysis
Coordinate resources within electrical, instrumentation, and automation, and collaborate with mechanical maintenance
Plan and lead maintenance work during monthly UH stops and the annual larger autumn stop, often with long lead times
Ensure material supply, spare parts, purchases, and external resources
Actively work with electrical safety, risk assessments, and a safe working environment
Be the contact person for suppliers and contractors in automation and electrical
Contribute to long-term maintenance plans, improvement work, and development of working methods
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest focusing on automation and/or electrical, who enjoys a coordinating role where both analysis and execution are crucial. You are accustomed to industrial operations where availability, safety, and pace are critical factors.
As a person, you are structured, analytical, and solution-oriented with the ability to work methodically even in a fast-paced environment. You are resilient and confident in making prioritization decisions when many activities are ongoing simultaneously, and different interests compete for attention. You have good communication skills and enjoy collaborating with both internal functions and external suppliers. Furthermore, you easily switch between detail focus and a holistic perspective and are driven to stay one step ahead in planning and execution. You are open to change and appreciate variety in your work, where no day is the same. Furthermore, we believe you have:
Post-secondary technical education, preferably with a focus on electrical, automation, or instrumentation, or equivalent acquired competence through relevant work experience
Broad technical competence in electrical, instrumentation, and automation (specialist depth is meritorious but not required)
Experience in troubleshooting in automated production environments
Experience working in UH systems, where SAP is a strong merit
Very good computer skills and good knowledge of Office
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Good understanding of electrical safety, risks, and regulations in an industrial environment
