Marieberg's nursing home has 84 places and 8 departments. The building includes 3 departments for nursing care, 4 departments focused on individuals with dementia, and 1 department for short-term care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your tasks will include ongoing personal care work and service to users with good quality. Establishing and following up on interventions in the implementation plan and performing medical interventions according to delegation from the nurse. You will have significant responsibility, including documenting according to SoL and HSL, writing implementation plans, and being involved in planning, goal follow-ups, and executing the interventions.

We are therefore looking for staff for Short-term care and hope that you want to come and work in a constantly changing environment, which is very exciting and developing. You will also get to work alongside many wonderful and competent colleagues. We place great importance on personal suitability. Furthermore, it is important that you can handle digital journal systems and that you have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant, preferably with experience in elderly care. You have an interest in the assignment and enjoy meeting and helping people based on their different circumstances.

As you will be working independently and with colleagues, it is important that you are confident in yourself, have the ability to work independently, are proactive, and action-oriented. You need to be able to handle unforeseen events and situations that may arise in the work with flexibility. It is important that you have a good attitude towards users, colleagues, and supervisors. In the workgroup, we help each other and see opportunities together.

You should have good knowledge of and understanding of the Swedish language, both in speech and writing.

Before an employment offer, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented.

In connection with the recruitment, you must present your proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
