The Role of Pediatric Nurse

At the pediatric and adolescent medicine clinic, you will have a varied, stimulating, and diverse job. You will have your own nursing clinic, work at the doctor's clinic, and in telephone advice.

Development is an important part of our work, and together we develop the business based on our patients' needs.

You will work Monday to Friday. The position is a permanent full-time position (100%) with a start date according to agreement.

Your Future Workplace

The Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine Clinic (BUMM) is a specialist clinic for children and adolescents aged 0 to 17 years. For several years, the pediatric and adolescent medicine clinic has been part of a regional clinic with locations in Jönköping, Eksjö, and Värnamo. We offer advice, investigations, and treatments. The operation is well established and has a clear mission within outpatient care.

At our clinics, pediatricians, specialist nurses in pediatrics, and medical administrators work. We continuously develop the operation through various improvement efforts, and all employees are involved in this. Our pediatric and adolescent medicine clinics are workplaces characterized by good collaboration and a wonderful atmosphere. We have a well-developed collaboration with other actors around the child both within and outside Region Jönköping.

Your workplace will be at the pediatric and adolescent medicine clinic in Jönköping, which has been located at Rosenlund's healthcare center in new, fine premises for a year.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with specialist training in health and medical care for children and adolescents. If you have experience working with the Cosmic journal system, we see it as a positive.

In the role of pediatric nurse, we value that you are self-sufficient and take responsibility for your tasks while being able to adapt quickly in a changing environment. You need to have good collaboration skills and meet both colleagues, children, and families with attentiveness and clear communication. Loyalty is important to us, as is following guidelines and presenting criticism in the right context. We are also looking for a person who works in a structured manner, can plan and prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines to create safe and well-organized care.
