The Role of the Midwife

Welcome to the small Women's Clinic with big opportunities! We are looking for a qualified midwife for our gynecological outpatient clinic at Högland Hospital Eksjö. The position is permanent full-time with a start date to be agreed upon. You will have a varied job as the position involves rotation between the outpatient clinic and other units of the clinic. Unpleasant working hours and weekend shifts, 1 out of 5 weekends, are included.

Your Future Workplace

The Women's Clinic provides women's health care, youth clinics, specialist maternal care, fetal medicine outpatient clinic, gynecological care unit, and delivery and maternity services. Based on your experiences and wishes, we can tailor a position that suits you and the organization. A large part of our operations is conducted at Högland Hospital in Eksjö, but the Women's Health Care clinics/youth clinics are located at six family centers in the Höglandet area.

In daily work, you will be able to handle both planned and emergency care. You maintain good relationships with patients and their relatives and collaborate with other healthcare providers and authorities.
