An organization is seeking an experienced pediatric ophthalmologist for a consulting assignment within special educational assessments.

The assignment involves contributing medical expertise in interdisciplinary case conferences and assessing visual function, diagnosis, prognosis, and relevant disabilities based on medical records. The aim is to provide a basis for educational assessments and adaptations in preschool and school.

About the assignment:

Scope: approx. 15 %
Remote work
Case conferences every other week and once a month
Other time: review of medical records and internal consultation

We are looking for someone who:

• Has extensive experience in pediatric ophthalmology
• Has broad expertise in visual impairments, from CVI to blindness
• Is accustomed to interdisciplinary work
