At Laboratory Medicine, we operate in clinical chemistry, clinical microbiology, clinical immunology, and transfusion medicine. In clinical chemistry, we work with sample collection and handling as well as analysis work performed using both manual and automated methods and techniques. Transfusion medicine includes blood donation, component preparation, and blood group serological examinations. In clinical microbiology, we work with microbiological diagnostics.

We are now looking for 9 full-time summer substitutes for the summer of 2026, starting from 2026-06-08 to 2026-08-21.

Laboratory Assistant for Laboratory Medicine, Sundsvall Summer 2026 Job Responsibilities

Your job responsibilities will include:

• Sample collection
• Handling of samples
• Analysis work

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying to become a biomedical analyst
• Has language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, at least at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is advantageous if you:

• Have previous experience of clinical laboratory work
