The home care service Björnen is a medium-sized home care group based in the Hägglund area in Gullänget. We usually walk between clients, cycling is also common, and in some cases, we use cars. We value punctuality, willingness to collaborate, and a caring attitude among our colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

As an employee, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our residents. We work health-promoting to strengthen the individual’s own abilities and to ensure that everyone living with us has the opportunity to live life to the fullest.

Participation, development, and community are key words for us, where continuous improvements create the conditions for good quality.

Your tasks include personal care, case management responsibilities, and social and physical activities with our residents.

We work in teams, which means that many different professional groups share the common goal of creating a good quality of life and a good environment for our residents.

The positions are for two permanent full-time roles with a start date no earlier than 2026-02-06 or by agreement.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a certified nursing assistant or has other education or experience that the employer deems sufficient. We prefer that you have further education in elderly care and/or dementia or have an educational focus on psychiatry. Experience working in care and support is an advantage.

It is important that you enjoy and thrive in working with people and that you are flexible and receptive to new ideas and working methods.

A valid driver's license, category B, is required. Access to a personal vehicle is an advantage.
