About the position

We are a leading player in the manufacturing of sterile and non-sterile pharmaceuticals, focusing on liquid formulations for the European market. With over 60 years of experience, we offer flexible solutions and high quality, with a vision to enable a better life. We have about 90 employees and are a wholly-owned subsidiary of MedCap, a publicly traded investment company in Life Science.

As an operator with us, you will work in both our sterile and non-sterile departments. In production, you will work with tasks such as filling, labeling, and packing. Manual packing is included.

Responsibilities

You will, for example,

• Monitor and control production processes

• Check equipment and machines to ensure an efficient and safe manufacturing process

• Document work steps, such as initiating risk observations and deviations

• Participate in investigations and risk analyses

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality and a smooth and safe production process.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school diploma or similar education in technology

• Has a strong understanding of quality and improvement work

• Speaks fluent Swedish

It is a plus if you:

• Have experience from manufacturing production within technology/industry

• Have experience from the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of GMP regulations
