Your workplace

The IT Customer Group for Health and Medical Care consists of about 25 dedicated employees who together support the region's health and medical care. We work at a fast pace with a strong focus on collaboration and innovation. Right now, there is extensive digitization work underway throughout the region, and you can become an important part of it. With us, you will have the opportunity to participate in exciting implementations and development projects that truly impact healthcare.

Your tasks

As an application specialist, you will belong to the customer team for health and medical care and work together with other application specialists, account managers, delivery managers, and development leaders. The role has a clear technical focus where you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for the management and further development of systems and integration solutions within the customer team.

You will work to ensure that applications and technical components function effectively together. You will ensure that they are correctly connected to other services and systems and that we, for example, use automation to streamline workflows and free up time for more value-creating efforts. The role has a strong focus on technical understanding, system integration, and collaboration between different IT environments.

The area of responsibility includes, among other things:

• Management and further development of applications and integration components.
• Technical analysis and troubleshooting.
• Testing and production deployment of new functionality.
• Documentation of integrations, system dependencies, and technical solutions.
• Collaboration with system suppliers and internal development teams.
• Participate in technical development projects and implementations.
• Support the business during technical changes and integrations.

Your skills and competencies

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic degree in IT or engineering, or equivalent experience as assessed by the employer. A driver's license (B) is required.

You have good collaboration skills, are solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in technology. You are self-driven, structured, and find it easy to understand complex technical contexts. You enjoy working in change and see opportunities to develop and improve technical solutions for the business.

You have good technical competence and experience in:

• System management with a technical focus.
• Integrations and system connections.
• Testing and quality assurance.
• Technical user support and troubleshooting.

Experience in healthcare and healthcare information systems is a merit.
