IT System Manager at Ellevio in Stockholm
Are you ready to join us on our exciting journey? Ellevio is one of Sweden's largest energy companies, and together we continue to electrify Sweden. With us, you are part of a secure and important future industry while having the opportunity to make a difference, grow as an individual, and have fun along the way! We believe in a bright and sustainable future, do you?
We are now looking for an IT System Manager to join our team in Stockholm!
About the role
As the management responsible for systems and IT services in the customer and market area, you will be responsible for the management and operational operation of our systems. These are some of the larger and business-critical systems, making your role especially important. The team you will be part of consists of experienced and engaged colleagues who work with the management and testing of, among other things, our customer and contractor-related systems. You will work closely with the business and our suppliers to develop and improve the systems. You will also support our contractors' IT operations in the long run. In the coming years, a system change is planned, and there will be an opportunity to be part of this development.
Your main tasks will be to:
- ensure that daily availability and long-term operation (lifecycle management) of the systems occur in accordance with agreed service levels and requirements.
- manage monthly follow-up and budget, which includes invoice management.
- contribute to the business by ensuring that ideas related to lifecycle management become reality (which may include contract amendments).
- support other system management as needed and actively work to improve working methods and processes used within the team.
- stay informed about developments in your area of expertise.
We are located on Valhallavägen, close to Gärdet, with proximity to both good transportation and beautiful green areas. We offer a flexible working method that values a good balance in everyday life and, in dialogue with your immediate manager, the opportunity to work from home a few days a week.
Welcome to a company with a community-supporting business and to a business-oriented IT unit with exciting development plans ahead!
Who are you?
You thrive in a role where it is not set in stone what you do every day but where there is an opportunity to influence. We hope you have a burning interest in IT and systems, and that you are positive, engaged, and enjoy finding solutions together with your colleagues to achieve common goals. You have the ability to gain a strategic understanding of the business, see the important business-driving factors, and prioritize activities that create added value.
It is an advantage to be good at building relationships, as a large part of the work is based on collaboration and interaction with others, both internally and externally. With us, you need to be self-driven and proactive while enjoying and being good at working in a team.
We are looking for someone who:
- has a university degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
- has several years of work experience in IT system management.
- understands ITIL.
- has worked with budget and follow-up of financial results.
- is curious about and accustomed to using AI and digital working methods to streamline and improve your work.
Since much of our communication is in Swedish, you need to be able to speak and write in Swedish. You also need to have good knowledge of English as it is used with suppliers.
Ellevio as an employer

Only then can we together achieve our vision of a bright and sustainable future. With us, you have great opportunities to influence the company as a whole and your own career. A fine proof of this is that we have been named a Career Company for the sixth year in a row!
We are constantly working for a sustainable and developing work climate where equality, diversity, and inclusion are a given. We train all employees in collective intelligence to create conditions for increased collaboration and well-being.
