We are now looking for someone to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales at our store in Söderköping. Service and care for people and the environment are always our focus. The employment will last through the summer months and the position is approximately 30 hours per week.

Your Role as a Salesperson

The work in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, operate the cash register, work in the warehouse, and restock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant interactions characterize the work with us. We learn from each other, and through development, we achieve results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of age (at least 20 years old) to serve customers who can shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer interaction.
• Can work varying hours, from as early as 06:00 to as late as 22:00 in June, July, and August.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Has a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities that modern digital tools create.

Experience in a service role and/or with food and beverages is a plus.
