We are looking for a Project Buyer to join our client's wonderful team in Finspång – and we hope that you are the one who wants to embark on this journey with them!
No two days are the same. One moment you are following up on deliveries and ensuring everything runs smoothly, the next moment you are solving an urgent problem with a supplier far away. You have a solid grasp of processes but are just as quick to improvise when the situation demands it. Everything you do contributes to their supply chain functioning smoothly – and it is your contribution that makes the difference.
You will be part of a team of ten colleagues in the same role plus a purchasing planner. Together, you mix experience and curiosity, and love collaborating with each other and with other parts of the organization.
What you will do every day:
Negotiate project-based purchases and keep track of terms and price lists
Ensure that their purchases comply with guidelines and policies
Build strong relationships with suppliers and maintain clear communication
Ensure timely deliveries – and solve problems when things do not go as planned
Collaborate closely with colleagues on all purchasing matters
Continuously seek smarter, faster, and better ways to do things
Create and manage purchase orders
Be involved in their digital development

To be successful in this role, you needExperience in purchasing.
You express yourself well in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
You easily build trust and positive relationships with both colleagues and suppliers.
You are communicative, skilled in negotiations, and have a knack for influencing.
Meritorious: Experience with SAP.
