We are a well-established health care unit with our own rehabilitation services and child health center, and we are also responsible for the supervision of a nursing home in Klågerup. With approximately 8,000 registered patients and 28 dedicated employees, we together create a safe and modern primary care close to both nature and people. We have a stable staffing, and several colleagues have been with the unit for many years. The health center includes the usual professional groups and clinics found in a primary care center. The health center is located in a picturesque area, surrounded by beech forests and golf courses, just 20 minutes from Malmö and Lund. You can easily reach us by car or public transport, and you can park right outside. In the spring of 2021, we moved into our new bright premises, which has given us even better conditions to shape the future of primary care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of nursing assistant with us, you will work with common tasks in the laboratory. In addition, you will perform 24-hour blood pressure measurements and other blood pressure checks according to medical orders. You will also be responsible for certain dressings and assist in medical examinations.

You have a central and significant role in creating a truly good patient experience. As our face to the outside world, you contribute, together with your colleagues, to providing our patients with the best possible service.

In your daily work, you often find yourself at the center of events, where a professional and warm approach is crucial to creating safety and participation among patients.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a trained nursing assistant and meet the requirements of the National Board of Health and Welfare for a protected professional title, regardless of whether you have studied according to previous or current program structures. If you have studied according to previous program structures, a specialization in emergency care/health care is advantageous. Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are also required. Previous work experience in primary care is an advantage. Furthermore, it is beneficial if you have good computer skills and knowledge of the journal systems PASiS and PMO. We would also like you to take on the role of environmental manager. Experience in this, as well as additional experience from primary care work, is advantageous.

We would like you to be confident in your professional role and resilient and flexible in the face of the varying tasks that may arise during a workday.
