Are you a licensed physician looking to be part of a wonderful team at a workplace where you can develop both professionally and personally? Is an empathetic approach and patient focus a given for you? Then do not hesitate to apply to us at Vårdcentralen Tollarp with the Degeberga branch!

Vårdcentralen Tollarp Degeberga is a center located in the countryside, next to forests and open fields, with approximately 8,600 registered patients. Both locations have a strong community feeling and there is great trust in the healthcare center. Here we offer care for both somatic and mental health issues and work on developing new methods with team-based care. We are connected to five nursing homes and provide home healthcare in two areas.

The medical team consists of general practitioners and training physicians. In addition to medical consultations, we also have physiotherapy, social workers, dietitians, psychologists, and occupational therapists, nursing assistants, as well as nurse-led specialist clinics in asthma/COPD, diabetes, elderly care, child health care (BVC), and health conversations. Our laboratory services are staffed by experienced nursing assistants, and in daily operations, medical secretaries, receptionists, and administrators provide important support.

We are constantly evolving, and this autumn the focus is on further developing teamwork. We strive to offer patients interdisciplinary assessments from professionals such as physiotherapists, psychologists, social workers, and occupational therapists based on their needs. We actively work to fully utilize everyone's competencies. Through this, we can together provide the best care and optimally use our resources when the patient meets the right person directly.

In a recent survey, employees answered the question of what strengths the workgroup has. Here are some of the responses:

  • a holistic view and a good general medical perspective to see the whole person.
  • broad competence
  • good at helping each other
  • good atmosphere among colleagues

Are you curious about Vårdcentralen Tollarp Degeberga? Call us, and we would be happy to tell you more about our operations or schedule a meeting with our medical advisor to learn more about what it is like to work with us.
