Nära Vård is Attendo's HSL organization and we are responsible for providing quality HSL services to our patients within SÄBO, Home Care, LSS, and IOF during on-call hours.
We currently have an open position in our mobile team in Malmö and are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Within the team, there are always two nurses on duty, but we prefer that you have previous work experience as the job is scheduled during on-call hours; evenings, weekends, and nights, and requires the ability to make independent decisions in complex situations.
Our catchment area includes SÄBO and LSS operations in Malmö, Trelleborg, Vellinge, Kävlinge, and Lund.
Job Description
The role of a nurse within Nära Vård requires broad clinical competence, independence, and the ability to act quickly and professionally in various types of care environments. As a nurse within Nära Vård, you perform assessments and make decisions regarding actions in planned and acute situations during on-call hours. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks.

Employment type: permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
Working hours: evenings, nights, weekends
Start date according to agreement.
A driver's license is required.
Qualifications:
Licensed nurse with Swedish nursing license
At least 2 years of documented experience in elderly care, e.g., in home healthcare, assisted living, in a care department, or short-term care
Experience and good ability to handle and interpret medical equipment, such as PD dialysis, medication pumps, tracheostomy, and other monitoring tools
Good ability to learn digital systems such as digital journal and reporting systems
Class B driver's license
Meritorious if you also have:
Specialist training in psychiatry, geriatrics, emergency care, or district nursing
Previous experience working in LSS and/or psychiatry
Experience working in emergency care.
Previous knowledge of the Lifecare journal system
