Your role

We are looking for a licensed physician who wants to start a position as a resident doctor in general medicine. You want to work in primary care and have a strong interest in general medicine. You are flexible, positive, engaged, and take responsibility for your work.

You have good collaboration skills and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. It is important that you are structured, self-driven, and can communicate clearly. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

Your tasks include examining, investigating, assessing, and treating patients at the clinic and, if necessary, at home.

Investigating and treating patients with acute illnesses and complaints.

Participate in supervision and medical meetings. Document correctly in the PMO journal system. Stay updated on guidelines, collaboration between primary care health choices and specialized healthcare.

As a resident doctor, you will also follow the program and guidelines for your residency training with rotations, courses, and participation in meetings with the program director, supervisor, and medical manager.

Qualifications

Licensed physician with the right to work in Sweden and can start residency training shortly.

Experience working in primary care or a similar field is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and make decisions.

Meticulous and professional in interactions, examinations, and documentation.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Other languages are an advantage.
