The Adult Psychiatric Clinic 2 Drottninggatan is a clinic with several specialist teams, including FACT teams (Flexible Assertive Community Treatment), ADHD teams, as well as centralized occupational therapists and physiotherapists. We are now also establishing a DBT team. Our catchment area covers all of northwestern Skåne, and we have a close collaboration with our healthcare neighbors. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a DBT therapist, you will work according to an established structure based on the DBT treatment method. The tasks are varied and tailored to your basic profession. They include, among other things, information meetings, assessments, and the various parts of treatment such as individual therapy and skills training in groups.

With us, you will have the opportunity to work with evidence-based treatment at a highly specialized level. The clinic will have clear routines regarding patient numbers, treatment time, and the start and end of treatment.

It is advantageous if you have previous experience with DBT, but it is not a requirement. If you are offered employment, there is an opportunity to undergo DBT training as part of your position. As a DBT therapist, you will work approximately 50 percent in the DBT team. The remaining part of the position will be shaped based on your basic profession, your professional interests, and the needs of the organization. Region Skåne offers good opportunities for further education and profession-specific specializations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have a healthcare education. For the position, training in CBT level 1 is required. Previous experience in specialist psychiatry and the DBT treatment method is advantageous.

You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. For licensed professions, a language level of C1 according to the Council of Europe’s scale is required.
