Job Description

At Randstad Care, we are now looking for licensed nurses for several exciting positions in Hörby. Whether you thrive best in the calm of the night, the pace of home care, or the continuity of a special accommodation, we have the assignment for you.

Responsibilities

We offer three different focuses:

1. On-call services (Evening/Night/Weekend)

• Period: Week 23–35.
• Scope: Approx. 80–100 %.
• About the role: You work when the needs are most acute and provide security to patients during inconvenient working hours.

2. SÄBO, Short-term & LSS (Daytime)

• Period: Week 26–35.
• Scope: Approx. 100 %.
• About the role: Focus on person-centered care and medical follow-up in an environment where team spirit and continuity are central.

3. Home care (Day & Weekend)

• Period: Week 24–35.
• Scope: Approx. 80–100 %.
• About the role: A free and responsible job where you meet patients in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse with at least 2 years of experience.
• Confident in your professional role and accustomed to working independently.
• Possess good collaboration skills.
• It is an advantage if you have previously worked in a similar environment.
