ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for someone to work as a personal assistant to a boy with extensive disabilities due to severe cerebral palsy and epilepsy.
He needs support in daily life with everything from personal care, tube feeding, and transfers to creating meaningful and enriching days. You are cheerful, responsible, have a big heart, and are driven to make a difference in someone else's life. In this workplace, you will always work together with a colleague in double assistance, which creates a safe and close-knit team.
YOU WHO ARE APPLYING
- Can handle both calm moments and stressful situations (e.g., during seizures).
- Have good Swedish in speech and writing.
- Are attentive and aware of non-verbal communication.
- Can manage physically demanding tasks. Aids are available, but it is still a physically demanding job.
- Can work even weeks every other weekend (Sat-Sun).
- Are not allergic to cats and do not smoke during working hours.
PREFERABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in care and assistance.
- You are a competent swimmer.
- You can step in at short notice in case of illness.
- You can take summer vacation substitutes.
A driver's license is not a requirement, but if you live far from the workplace, it is an advantage.

WORKING HOURS AND DEGREE OF EMPLOYMENT
Working hours are scheduled every other weekend from 7 AM to 4 PM both Saturday and Sunday (approx. 20%). Shifts are scheduled on even weeks. For the right person, there is the possibility of more hours.
Day, evening, and weekend work may occur.
SALARY
At Vivida, you as an assistant receive a fixed base salary per hour + vacation compensation and any additional compensation. A collective agreement is in place.
START DATE
As soon as possible.
