About the Position

We are now looking for a full-time property caretaker. Join us on our exciting journey! As a property caretaker, you are Bredablick's representative at our clients' sites. You are responsible for the ongoing management of the properties for our clients. The work is independent and allows you to find solutions to the challenges that arise. Your most important task is to ensure that details such as doors and lights are functioning and that there is no litter or similar around the clients' buildings. The position also includes some gardening and outdoor maintenance, where tasks vary from season to season.

Your tasks include:

• Technical maintenance of the properties' common areas
• Cleaning and litter picking
• Oversight of contractors
• Proactive measures to ensure the long-term status of the properties
• Continuous contact with our clients
• Repairs in properties
• Lawn mowing and other outdoor maintenance (seasonally)

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 1-2 years of experience in property management.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Holds a B driver's license.
• Knowledge in gardening or related areas is an advantage.
• Education in Property Management or equivalent is considered an asset.

• Location: Stockholm Region
• Scope: Full-time, permanent with a 6-month probationary period
• Start: By agreement
