We are looking for an experienced electrician with a background as a lead installer in contracting and new construction in Stockholm

The project is located in Järfälla, and therefore we prefer that you live in the vicinity or have a good opportunity to commute there daily. For those living in northern or western Stockholm, this means a convenient commuting distance.

We are looking for a committed and responsible electrician with documented experience working as a lead installer in contracting and new construction.

In this role, you will have close communication with project management and work alongside experienced electricians, which provides good conditions for effective and secure leadership.

You will play a key role in our projects – from planning and coordination to final installation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and plan the daily work for electricians within your part of the project

• Perform installations and conduct self-checks – both for yourself and for your colleagues

• Follow up on drawings and ensure that they correspond with reality

• Order materials in good time and coordinate with other professions to avoid operational disruptions

• Write ÄTA reporting (changes and additional work)

• Participate in construction meetings and contribute with technical insights and status updates

• Promote a safe working environment

We are looking for someone who has experience in driving projects as a lead installer – preferably responsible for parts of larger constructions, such as floors or similar. You are used to having contact with both employees, project managers, and clients.

If you have also planned smaller jobs independently, including material and personnel planning, it is a merit.

To succeed in this role, we see that you are a socially competent and communicative person. You are attentive, organized, and enjoy creating structure in the workplace. Independent work as an electrician is a given for you.

We are looking for you who have:

• Several years of experience as an electrician, with a particular focus on contracting and new construction

• Previous experience as a lead installer

• Ability to lead teams and coordinate work on-site

• Good knowledge of reading drawings and working according to technical documents

• Driver's license B

• ECY certificate or equivalent

• Swedish in speech and writing

• Works completely independently according to drawings

• Complete electrical education and Swedish electrical certificate

Merits:
-General authorization.
