We are currently 9 people who enjoy our work immensely and we strive to expand this group of individuals.

About us:

We are a company with a very good reputation among our well-known clients and we specialize in services related to warehouse automation, conveyor belts, and parcel sorting. The company has extensive knowledge in the field, and we provide a lot of internal training. The machines we service vary, so you will receive continuous knowledge updates to tackle challenges.

We perform ongoing maintenance on our customers' machines, but we also respond when machines are down or when any faults occur. You are our ambassador in meetings with customers, so your ambition is always to solve the problems that arise.

About you:

To successfully take on the role of service technician, you need good knowledge of mechanics and electronics through education, work, or pure enthusiasm.

As a person, we prefer that you are a pronounced and flexible team player who ensures that the customer is satisfied when we leave the workplace. Of course, you have a strong interest in technology and problem-solving.

Solid knowledge of mechanics and electronics will be valued.

A valid driver's license (B) is required as travel may occur in the position. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. Good knowledge of English.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for preventive maintenance by systematically checking that all safety devices function correctly and are intact.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of cables and electronic components, and perform thermography of the electrical installation to identify potential problems early.
  • Check all machines' functions, make necessary adjustments, clean and lubricate the machines, and replace worn parts to ensure optimal operation and minimize downtime.
  • When a customer reports a fault or damage, you take the call, listen to their needs, ensure that production continues smoothly, and start troubleshooting and repairing the reported fault.
  • Maintain continuous contact with the customer to stay updated on their needs and potential upselling, as well as relay relevant information.
  • Document all actions taken and work performed meticulously to ensure traceable history.

A wonderful and free job, but with great personal responsibility.
