About the position:

As a train assembler, you will work with the assembly and refurbishment of trains and other rail vehicles. The job involves practical tasks in the depot where quality, safety, and punctuality are always central to your work. You will be an important part of a team responsible for ensuring that the vehicles are operationally safe and comply with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Assembly and disassembly of components on carriages and trains

• Inspection and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems

• Documentation of completed work and reporting of deviations

• Collaboration with colleagues to achieve safety and quality goals

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in assembly, mechanics, or vehicle/railway technology

• Is meticulous, safety-conscious, and has practical skills

• Enjoys working in a team and taking responsibility

• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently

• Can work according to given routines and follow instructions carefully

Meritorious:

• Previous experience in the railway industry

• Education in mechanics, vehicles, or electrical power

• YKB, safety clearance, or other relevant certification

• Driving license B
