About the Position

Multeral is looking for a responsible and solution-oriented service technician who wants to be part of a close-knit team in a company with high technical expertise. The position is based in Stockholm but involves travel throughout the Mälardalen region. Here, you will find an independent job where you combine repairs, troubleshooting, and simpler installations with customer contact and continuous technical learning.

The role is suitable for you who appreciate variety – one day you will install new kitchen equipment, the next day you will troubleshoot an issue on-site with the customer. You may also participate in larger projects where entire kitchens are remodeled or renovated, sometimes over the weekend or with overnight stays for longer assignments.

Your Future Responsibilities

You will work both with service and installation assignments primarily in kitchen environments. Most of the work will take place at the customer's location.

Examples of tasks:

• Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of kitchen equipment

• Installation of new equipment, including simpler assembly and construction-related tasks

• Annual inspections and service visits according to plan

• Customer contact and reporting via digital systems

• Participation in renovations and establishment projects as needed

You will usually work from home and will be provided with a service vehicle and the equipment required for the job.

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience in technical work, for example as a service technician or installer

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems (education or equivalent work experience)

• Holds a valid driver's license (B)

• Has good computer skills

• Communicates fluently in Swedish and has good knowledge of English

We consider it an advantage if you have experience with kitchen equipment or related technical areas (e.g., electrical, cooling, mechanics), knowledge in troubleshooting software and control systems, or welding or assembly experience. If you have also worked with brands like Unox, Fribergs, Taylor, Crem, Wexiödisk, that would be an extra plus.

You need to be technically curious, flexible, and responsible. It is important that you enjoy working independently but also appreciate the team spirit in an organization where everyone helps each other. Travel and overnight stays are common – it is a requirement that you are comfortable with this.
