Property Manager/Building Caretaker at Riksbyggen in Stockholm

Riksbyggen is growing in line with our customers. We are now expanding our operations and looking for Property Managers for the Stockholm Market Area. As a Property Manager at Riksbyggen, you will play an important role and become part of a customer team that handles daily management.

In the role of Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintenance, upkeep, and simpler technical issues in some of our rental properties. You will be the property manager's extended arm. You work closely with our customers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high comfort and functionality in our properties. The position of Property Manager is a varied and independent job under your own responsibility.

Your daily tasks include:

• Corrective maintenance after reported issues
• Troubleshooting simpler technical problems
• Ordering and carrying out minor services and repairs
• Managing daily contacts with residents, contractors, and suppliers
• Providing information in stairwells and other communication to residents
• Inspection during move-in and move-out

You contribute with your skills and commitment

We are looking for someone with a high school education and/or vocational training focused on property management or maintenance. We prefer that you have experience from trades such as electrical work and/or plumbing. As a person, you are social, able to see our customers' needs, and genuinely engaged in meeting our customers. You want to help create a good living environment.

We expect you to have:

• Experience in property management and maintenance at a general level
• Good knowledge of technical installations and systems
• Experience in customer-facing roles and good communication skills
• Understanding of the laws, regulations, and ordinances that affect a property company
• Good knowledge of office software and experience in administrative work
• Experience working with digital tools and system support
• A valid driver's license (B)
• Ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written
