Do you want to help build Sweden's critical infrastructure and take the next step in your technical career? Eltel is now looking for an experienced and dedicated leading installer for one of our community-critical projects in the Stockholm area.

Eltel has a security profile and works closely with security-classified customers, adhering to strict safety standards and certifications. They ensure that all technical installations and network solutions meet high demands for information security. Currently, Eltel is carrying out several installation and infrastructure projects at various facilities, where they are responsible for important technical installations and network solutions.

As a Leading Installer at Eltel, you will work independently in a small team with assignments in copper networks, cable installation, and network installations. You are often responsible for one project at a time and ensure that the work is carried out according to plan, instructions, and quality requirements. You participate in daily production meetings, report progress, and ensure that deliveries meet high standards – what you leave behind should always be something you are proud of. Examples of tasks include:

• Cable installation, assembly, and installation in copper networks
• Troubleshooting, service, and documentation of network installations
• Participate in planning together with the designer and customer
• Ensure quality, safety, and efficient execution
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

Start: As soon as possible, or by agreement
Scope: Full-time, weekdays 07:30–16:00
Location: Stockholm and surrounding areas. There may also be travel to other locations and projects, sometimes requiring overnight stays.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Several years of experience as a technician in electrical, telecommunications, networks, or similar technical fields. Perhaps as a fiber or electrical technician – and looking to take a step up in responsibility
• You have a natural sense of quality, can plan your work independently, and thrive in a role where you can contribute both practically and technically
• Are engaged, responsible, and have a strong work ethic
• Good computer skills and documentation ability
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B
• Clean criminal record

Meritorious:

• Experience in fiber installation or fiber splicing
• Experience working in security-classified environments
