Your role

We are looking for someone who is social, outgoing, and enjoys creating good relationships. For you, high service is a given – you are there with a helping hand when needed. You thrive in an orderly environment and ensure that our premises are always kept in good condition. You have an eye for detail, see what needs to be done, and are good at planning, organizing, and prioritizing. Collaboration comes naturally to you, while you are also self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks. You will circulate between 4 operations.

Your skills and experience

Requirements:

  • High school education or other education we assess as equivalent
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to communicate and master the Swedish language well in speech and writing

Meritorious:

  • Previous experience of similar tasks
  • Knowledge and experience of basic maintenance and repairs, preferably from nursing homes or similar environments

Personal qualities:

  • You are social and service-oriented – you enjoy helping and creating good relationships
  • You are structured and have an eye for detail
  • You are self-driven, take responsibility, and find it easy to prioritize
  • You are flexible and enjoy varied tasks
  • You have a problem-solving attitude and see what needs to be done
