Lead Custodian

Welcome to us
As a lead custodian, you will belong to the unit for service and premises.
We are responsible for the administration's property portfolio, internal service in the form of custodial and reception services, as well as IT and telephony. The unit includes a custodial service, an IT department, stewards, administrators, and property strategists. In total, we are 14 employees.

Your role
As a lead custodian, you will be part of the custodial team, which currently consists of two custodians. You will have a leading role in the group and will have overall responsibility for the administration's premises, office services, and administrative tasks. Your role is to distribute and follow up on the work within the custodial/office service, but you will not have personnel responsibility.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Contract responsibility regarding vehicles
- Responsible for permissions in various alarm systems
- Setting up and moving office furniture
- Waste and mail handling
- Systematic fire protection work
We are looking for someone who enjoys both administration and planning, as well as working with service. With us, you will have a varied and significant role that ensures that everyday life runs smoothly and contributes to a safe, well-managed, and service-oriented operation.
You will be part of a unit characterized by a humble, curious, and results-oriented working method. Here we work together, share knowledge, and support each other to achieve our common goals. You will report to the unit manager. We are located in premises at Telefonplan.
Your skills and experience
We are looking for someone who has:
- high school diploma
- current experience in leadership
- good administrative skills and computer literacy
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- the ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
- driver's license (B)
We consider it an advantage if you have:
- post-secondary education with a focus on data/IT/project management/administration
- experience with Agresso
- experience in similar tasks in Stockholm City or other public organizations.
