About the position

As a technician with us, you will install, assemble, and dismantle all assessed welfare technology for the municipality's clients in elderly care. You will work with security alarms, digital supervision technology, mobile security alarms, medication dispensers, as well as locking devices and their digital keys. The work is performed throughout the municipality, and you will use our work vehicle, which requires a B driver's license for manual transmission.

You are often the first person our clients meet after the assessed decision has been made. Social documentation is also part of the job responsibilities. Technical monitoring is becoming increasingly important and will constitute part of your administrative tasks.

The working hours are scheduled according to a rolling schedule where you alternate between day and evening shifts as well as work every fourth weekend.

• IntraPhone

About you

For this position, you need:

• B driver's license for manual transmission
• Experience in service work
• Computer skills
• Technical knowledge

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience from customer contact/work in elderly care
• Knowledge of digital locking devices

About us

In our unit, which includes both the Security Service and Installation Group, there are a total of about 20 employees with 4 different professional roles. We work closely with our client, Municipal Health Care and Social Services in Norrtälje, where we are involved in procurements and carry out implementation projects.

We are neutral and work on equal terms with all customer choice providers in the municipality.

We are based at Hamnvägen 12 (Roslagen Hospital), with the entire municipality as our workplace.

We are part of Tiohundra – the complete care company in Roslagen.
