About the roleAs a leading installer, you will play a central role in our industrial projects, primarily with Scania. You will lead the work team on site, plan and distribute the work, ensure that installations are carried out according to drawings and project plans, and act as the link between project managers, customers, and installers.

• Lead and distribute work in a group of about 4–10 people
• Ensure installations according to drawings and project plans
• Order materials and ensure the right quantity and type
• Electrical work responsibility on site
• Documentation and administrative tasks
• Work in an industrial environment with machine installations, heavier cabling, and electrification projects

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is confident in the profession and ready for greater responsibility. You have worked for at least 7 years as an electrician/installer and have a technical maturity that allows you to take responsibility for both projects and people.

Requirements

• High school electrical education
• At least 7 years of experience working as an electrician/installer
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of English
• Driver's license

• Experience as a leading installer
• Leadership training
• Experience from industrial projects

You are structured, have the ability to see the whole picture, and work in the right order. You handle multiple tasks simultaneously, find solutions, and contribute to a positive and inclusive atmosphere. You have a natural leadership quality and enjoy supporting and developing others.
