Mandatory requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in management-related roles
- Experience with municipal networks
- Experience in public sector
- Experience with personnel and budget responsibilities
- Experience in business/service development within telecom/data communication
Professional Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.
