About the position

As an Electrical Supervisor, you are the daily leader on the project site. You lead a team of electricians and work closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors. You plan and coordinate the electricians' work, ensure that materials are in place, and that the work is carried out according to plan, laws, and safety requirements. You are the key to ensuring that our assignments are performed safely, efficiently, and with high quality.

• Lead and coordinate electricians, focusing on low-voltage projects

• Plan daily work and ensure that the right resources are in place

• Follow up on schedules, material deliveries, and safety routines

• Participate in construction meetings and act as a link between the field and project management

• Ensure that installations meet applicable standards and customer requirements
  

• Vocational training as an electrician, preferably with ECY certification

• Several years of experience in electrical installation, preferably in low voltage

• At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor in electrical work

• Structured, solution-oriented, and communicative

• Ability to plan, engage, and drive work forward

• Good Swedish in speech and writing

• Driving license B

• Good salary based on background/experience
