About the position

We are looking for a parts advisor for Northern Stockholm. In this role, you will be an important contact point between customers, the workshop, and the warehouse, responsible for ensuring that the right spare parts are delivered on time to maintain an efficient workshop flow. The position is full-time with placement in Northern Stockholm and start date according to agreement.

Main responsibilities

• Receiving phone calls and emails from customers and the workshop, providing advice on spare parts and accessories

• Searching, ordering, and following up on spare parts in business or inventory systems

• Picking and packing items as well as handling returns and complaints

• Collaborating with technicians to verify part numbers and accessory needs

• Administering delivery and inventory information, updating item status and customer communication

• Ensuring correct pricing and providing information about warranties and delivery times

Qualifications

• Experience in spare parts or warehouse work, preferably within the automotive industry

• Good communication skills in Swedish; English is a plus

• Structured and service-oriented with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously

• Good computer skills and experience with business or inventory systems

• Driver's license is a plus
