We are looking for a fiber technician who wants to become part of our growing team! Here, you will work with the installation, splicing, and testing of fiber optics in buildings and at construction sites.

You will be a key part of our installation projects and work closely with our supervisors and installers. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and thrives in an organized and structured work environment.

Location: Primarily in Nacka, Stockholm.

Responsibilities

• Fiber splicing in ODFs and wall boxes
• Working with multimode and single-mode fiber (not ribbon)
• Cable pulling and ducting
• Testing with DSX 5000
• Interpreting drawings and preparing as-built documentation
• Collaboration with supervisors and other technical disciplines in the project

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 2–4 years of experience as a fiber technician
• Is proficient in fiber splicing and testing of ODFs
• Enjoys working in a team

Qualifications that are a plus

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Completed an electrical program or other relevant vocational training in low-voltage systems
• Certification in fiber optics or documented training
• Experience working in buildings and construction environments
• Experience using Fujikura splicing equipment
• Experience using DSX 5000 testing equipment
