We are looking for a student for a vital community service
We are now looking for a student for a vital community service where you will have a central role in daily customer contact. This assignment is suitable for you who are studying and want to combine studies with a rewarding job in service, administration, and digital systems.
ABOUT THE POSITION
In the role of customer service representative, you are often the first point of contact for customers and handle incoming inquiries through various channels. You work both service-oriented and administratively, focusing on quality, clear communication, and problem-solving in the first contact.
As the assignment is for a vital community service, a background check will be conducted upon offering the role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, chat, social media, and physical visits
- Inform and guide customers about products, services, and agreements
- Register and document inquiries according to established procedures
- Work proactively by suggesting relevant services and solutions
- Notice recurring questions or problems and report improvement suggestions
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a high school education or equivalent
- Is studying a post-secondary education or has another main occupation for at least 1.5 years ahead
- Is available to work 2 days a week as needed and full-time during breaks
- Has experience in service, administration, and/or customer support, and is comfortable communicating over the phone
- Has good knowledge of the Office suite
- Is service-oriented, structured, and communicative
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple points of contact
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience working in CRM systems, case management systems, and digital communication channels
