ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for a student who wants to work part-time in digital support on behalf of our client. You will work in a Service & Support team alongside developers, product owners, and other support staff in the company's Shop and Tech unit. Your working hours will vary within the times of 8-16 on weekdays, where we try to match your working hours according to your study schedule. You can expect to work approximately 10-15 hours/week. To succeed in this role, we believe you thrive in a team environment where everyone helps and supports each other.

Interviews with our client will be held continuously, and the desired start is immediate. During the summer and winter, you are expected to be available to cover any absence of regular staff.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

• Responding to and resolving incoming cases in several different systems (e.g., Jira and gift card portal)
• Assisting internal store employees and managers with questions and cases.
• Customer interaction (internal customers such as stores, finance department, and communication as examples, but sometimes also external customers)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying at a university or college with at least two semesters left of your studies (preferably studying IT/system science or interested in lighter technical issues)
• Has previous experience working with end customers and/or customer support
• Can express yourself well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, as communication can occur in both languages
• We would like you to have an understanding of and/or an interest in technology/IT
