Internship Student Marketing / Communication – Focused on Facebook

About the Position
Do you want to kickstart your career in marketing and communication while deepening your knowledge of social media?
Kraftsam is looking for a driven and creative intern who is passionate about working with Facebook as a platform. Here, you will have the chance to develop at a forward-thinking company and become an important part of our marketing efforts. You will be based at our headquarters in Stockholm.

More about the Position
You will work as a marketing assistant with a particular focus on developing and driving our presence on Facebook. By creating, publishing, and analyzing content, you will gain valuable insight into how a modern recruitment and staffing agency operates digitally. Our common goal is employment after the internship.

A selection of tasks:

• Plan, create, and publish content in our various Facebook groups and on our company page.
• Engage and build relationships with our followers and drive dialogue in the groups.
• Work with publishing and distributing our recruitment ads on Facebook and follow up on results.
• Participate in campaigns where Facebook is the main channel and contribute ideas for content and activities.
• Analyze statistics and provide suggestions for improvements to increase reach and engagement.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is studying/has studied marketing/communication or has experience in social media and now wants to deepen their knowledge of Facebook as a tool. You are creative, self-driven, proactive, and enjoy taking responsibility. Previous experience working with Facebook groups, advertising, or community management is a plus.
