Temporary Assistants and Team Leaders at Carelli Assistans

We are looking for dedicated temporary assistants for several of our clients within Oxelösund municipality. Our clients have varying disabilities and need assistance with their daily activities. The shifts may vary and include daytime, evening, night, and weekends. For one of the clients, medication delegation is required, which can be arranged with a nurse during your introduction.

We prefer that you have experience working as a personal assistant. The most important thing is that you are attentive, flexible, observant, and enjoy helping others.

As a personal assistant, you will also be responsible for maintaining social documentation in connection with your shifts. Therefore, it is important that you have a good command of the Swedish language and are familiar with using smartphones and computers.

The work as a temporary assistant can be assigned to one or several clients. There is also the possibility of more work during the summer when our regular staff is on vacation.

We are also looking for team leaders for two of our clients. As a team leader, you will receive sick leave notifications, staff shifts, and make changes to the rolled-out schedule. This also involves contact with the client regarding schedule changes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare or as a personal assistant is an advantage
• Experience working with various types of aids and disabilities
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language
• Experience using smartphones and computers
