I am a positive and humble woman in my 60s looking for a new star to join my team. One of my assistants will be on parental leave starting February 2026, and therefore we are seeking someone to take on the role of assistant and team leader.

After having a stroke, I am now working to regain my strength - with the goal of learning to walk again. I may have difficulty remembering details, but I communicate verbally and have a good sense of humor. My interests include sports, gardening, warmth, and traveling.

About the position:

I need help with medication, hygiene, mobility, exercise, support during meals, as well as household chores and daily tasks. Currently, I have 3 assistants, including my husband with whom I live. We are a small and family-like group working together to create a safe and pleasant environment.

We are looking for a reliable and attentive woman - with a genuine interest in working with people.

Experience in personal assistance is a plus, but personal qualities are highly valued. You need to be able to work all hours of the day - day, evening, night, and weekends - according to a rotating schedule. You should be calm and patient.

In addition to the role of assistant, as a team leader, you will have a coordinating responsibility for the assistance group, which means you will be the contact person for the employer, assist with scheduling, introduce new assistants, and support in daily work. The role requires good communication skills, structure, and the ability to take responsibility.

Scope: The position is approximately 80% with a team leader responsibility of 70%.

Start date: By agreement

Duration: Approximately 1 year

Working hours: Day shifts (9 AM - 6 PM), evening shifts (1 PM - 10 PM), and night shifts (9 PM - 9 AM) with sleeping on-call (midnight - 9 AM).
