About the Daily Activities

Our daily activities are aimed at adults who belong to group 1 according to LSS. The activities are individualized and based on clear structure, predictability, and pedagogical support in everyday life. The goal is to create meaningful and developing days where each individual is given the opportunity to strengthen their independence and participation based on their own conditions. In everyday life, the work involves creating structure and content together with the participants. This can involve work-like tasks, creative activities, practical chores, walks, and breaks, always focusing on clarity, participation, and adaptation to the individual's conditions. The work takes place in smaller groups with time for relationships, pedagogical support, and follow-up.

Our operations are located in Flen and Baggetorp. We are primarily looking for someone who lives in the local area and wants to work locally in a smaller, cohesive organization where continuity, collaboration, and relationships are an important part of the quality of support.

About the Role of Support Assistant

As a support assistant in daily activities, you work closely with the participants in their daily activities. You are calm and clear, creating structure, motivating, and adapting support based on the individual's needs, current condition, and development.

The role is varied and responsible and involves active participation in planning, implementation, and follow-up of the pedagogical work. In the organization, we sometimes meet individuals with challenging behaviors, which requires you to be calm, secure, and professional in your approach. The work is supported by low-arousal and preventive methods, clear routines, and close collaboration with colleagues and managers.

Examples of tasks:

• Provide pedagogical and individualized support in daily activities

• Create and maintain structure, routines, and clarity

• Strengthen the individual's independence, participation, and motivation

• Document according to applicable routines and legislation

• Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and, if necessary, relatives or other actors

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is positive, self-assured, and has a natural inclination for curiosity and perseverance. You thrive in a job where you sometimes need to try different pedagogical solutions, adjust, and test again to find what works for the individual.

You have the ability to handle challenging situations in a calm and respectful manner and see the value in structure, collaboration, and long-term thinking. For you, quality in the interaction and relationship with the individual is an obvious part of the professional role.Requirements for the Position

• Experience working in LSS activities with adults in group 1

• Trained nursing assistant or equivalent relevant education

• Driving license B for manual transmission vehicle

• Good Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Trained support pedagogue

• Experience with pedagogical tools, methods, or approaches

• Experience working with challenging behaviors

• Familiarity with documentation in operational systems

Employment Type

Permanent employment (six months probationary period applies).

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-15:30.

Employment rate: approx. 90%.

Salary and agreement: Individual salary according to agreement, other compensations according to collective agreement.

Start date: By agreement.
