JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you enjoy working with people and want to make a difference in your job? We are currently seeking substitutes for various users in personal assistance. Users with different functional variations and ages. We are specifically looking for substitutes for a child case in Stigtomta.

The role of a personal assistant involves a wide range of tasks. The job entails assisting and supporting the individual in their daily life based on their needs. You ensure that everyday life is safe and meaningful, adopting a rehabilitative and health-promoting approach. As an assistant, you play an important and supportive role in enabling the individual to live a life as similar to others as possible and in community with others.

Participation is extremely important, as is having a respectful attitude. You work according to the decisions and guidelines that apply at the workplace and document according to the requirements of the National Board of Health and Welfare. Daily life is adapted to the individual's needs, and you take initiative and actively work to find and motivate stimulating indoor and outdoor activities for the user. Other tasks may include assisting with transfers, hygiene, care, household chores, shopping, communication, and recreational activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

You should:

• Have a nursing assistant education or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
• Fluently speak and write in Swedish
• Have a valid driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

• Extensive experience in care within LSS
• Knowledge/experience of various functional variations
• Basic computer skills

As a person, you are secure, responsible, and attentive to your surroundings. You are also pedagogical, flexible, and have good collaboration skills. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
