We are now looking for personal assistants for a cheerful and playful boy for extra work.

He communicates with words and signs, and you need to be attentive to what he wants and respond quickly to show that you understand him. He has autism and severe developmental disabilities.

He also has epilepsy, so you need to be extra vigilant about this and be able to read various complex situations. The work can be physically demanding and involves some heavy lifting.

There are also outings with him, so it is important that you are enterprising and self-sufficient. He enjoys car rides, so having a driver's license is a plus.

Your workplace will be in a home environment, so it is important that you have a good attitude towards the whole family.

You will often work independently, so it is important that you feel secure in your role as an assistant. The chemistry between you and the client should match, and it should be a fun and pleasant workplace.

Working hours: part-time. The working hours are scheduled for afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Salary: Hourly wage, individual salary setting, and other compensations according to collective agreements. Start date: As agreed, lasts as long as the assistance assignment continues.

What we expect from you

• You should have the desire to provide a high quality of life and a meaningful everyday life.

• You should be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Attentive to the client's needs.

• Be flexible with tasks and working hours.

• A driver's license is a plus but not a requirement.

• We are looking for someone who is positive, flexible, and has a professional attitude.
