2 assistants needed for assistance in Eskilstuna!

We are now looking for two personal assistants to join a group of four dedicated assistants for a man in his 40s with a congenital disability.

He lives in his own apartment and has his assistants with him around the clock. In this assistance, you as an assistant have the opportunity to help create a safe and meaningful everyday life for our member.

The daily routine includes training, swimming, and participating in various activities.

The assistance involves help with all hygiene and care, assistance with transfers using lifts, and support with everything in daily life. The member does not have a spoken language, so you need to be able to support him in interactions with other people and during, for example, doctor visits. Our member enjoys being outdoors and participating in various contexts.

The job includes all household tasks such as laundry, cleaning, cooking, and shopping.

To be suitable as a personal assistant in this assistance, you need to be secure and responsible, flexible, and preferably a bit creative.

The positions are approximately 70-75% and are scheduled for day shifts.
